★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وحدات للتأجير طويلة الأمد وهي شقق ظريفه ومشطبه بشكل طيب وهي بمساحات مختلفه في المجمع وهو تقريبا ٤ عمائر متلاصقه ببعض بأربع مداخل مرتبه واسعارهم مرتفعه تبدأ من ٤٥ الف إلى ٥٥ الف تقريبا سنويا لتلك الوحدات لكن تعد مختلفه عما يعج به السوق من وحدات وتعتبر من الأفضل ولديهم مكتب ومندوب متواجد بالمجمع في مدخل المبنى الشرقي الأول لأعطائك فكره عن الموقع والوحدات لديهم والأسعار والمجمع قريب من طريق المدينة وهذا يقلل الازعاج وهو أصلا بمنطقه هادئه وهناك مواقف لكل النزلاء بمعدل موقف لكل وحده .
