It is the worst company, they don’t have stock and they don’t know how to treat their customers ?? I truly advise to not come here. I don’t know why they have high prices with such bad service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad buying experience, definitely my last bmw. I highly recommend going with Mercedes, it is better in every way.
One staff in this showroom was bad and from the sales person to the (((manager))) of the showroom were very bad.
I had an issue they would not compensate for and received the car dusty and very late.
Definitely regret buying and will never buy again and advise friends & family to not buy bmw products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally bares no resemblance to a luxury car dealership, especially maintenance, took 1:30 hour just to hand car in, had to leave the car with them 4-5 days just for periodic maintenance (oil change only), cant complain to anyone: maintenance manager in his office refused to receive customers, branch manager no where to be found, and no one answers toll-free phone

I wonder for example that's the 3 series bmw is the youth cars mainly in all the mena region while here the dealer consider this car as a high fancy expensive cars! And it's rare to see the 3 series on the roads!
Dear dealer reconsider your strategy and market segment!
You will definitely gain more clients and improve your after sale services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst showroom all employee and manager even dont care as all employee sitting as a group infront of his office enjoying their talk . And the Mini sales man on his mobile phone talking since we got in interested to buy a minicooper we waited and waited. Then went to look at bmw models and we got interest in a bmw also and unfortunately no one at all offered any help. This is not the first time I find lack of service and un interested salesmen. Check showroom cameras from 11 to 11:40am today. The 3rd time this year Im disappointed from this showroom service. Worst service Alnaghi.
