They put load music which is not desirable for some ppl..
Also the employ seems bored and unwilling to assist .
But overall .. the store has everything u need with good quality products.

Kindly follow safety instructions, wear a face mask, keep a safe distance, and must have an active tawakalna app before entering the store as a precautionary measure to Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a really good variety of healthy foods.
But I have some cons that must be addressed to customers:
1. They are very pricy.
2. The shop is crowded.
3. Very limited parking lot.
4. Cashier’s service is slow due to the high volume of customers.
5. They do not open at morning period, which is really weird for a grocery store. (This causes the crowded visitors)
My conclusion, I don’t recommend going to them unless all my cones are okay with you ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NOT THE RIGHT OPTION: Unwelcoming staff and unrealistic prices of every single product. The photo is just an example, sold online for SR16 and they sell it for SR 86.25, they sell the Asai for SR 259.00
It’s good to take some profits but being greedy is a bad thing!
Some products are expired or about to, check them about before picking up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this store, it has a great supply and variety of products, and I’m always happy that I find what I’m looking for.
However, this is the first time I come to this branch. And I was surprised that the cashier didn’t ask me for my membership and I had to remind him, since I was making a pricey purchase.
I think I will stick to the Al-Aqiq branch since the customer service is better there.
