★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عن تجربة لمدة 6 أشهر نزلت وزني 39 كيلو والفضل لله ثم لخبير التغذية د. سعيد .. ليس اعلان لكن بصراحة تعودت على البرنامج واسلوب الغذاء الجديد اهم شي تمارس المشي لمدة 6 ايام ويكون مشي سريع بالنسبة لمنتجاتهم الاغلى فيها الشاي والقهوة لكن السناكات اسعارها معقولة جربتها كبكج مع الاشتراك وما شريتها ثانية الا الشوربات .. اذا تحتاج تنزل وزن انصحك تشترك معهم اذا كان عندك همه ولا لا تضيع وقتك وفلوسك وتخرب على نفسك لان اسبوع واحد ما تنزل فيه من 800 جرام الى كيلو ونص اعتبره ضايع عليك .. رجعت اشترك معهم ثاني بعد سنه 6 شهور بـ1500 ﷼ عشان فترة الشتاء خفت يزيد وزني ?

بس الالتزام بتوجيهاتهم اهم سبب من اسباب نزول الوزن
من خلال تجربتي الشخصية
