Verrrrrrrryyyy bad service, nurses scream calling each other in the recovery room..
Looks like mad place not a medical place..
The chairs are broken, and when the nurse who was pregnant was asked by the patient who just had surgery to check the blood pressure she refused then just decided not to reply..
The rudest nurses I have seen in my life, they are very loud as well.
I have never seen a worse place..

Their main goal is to get as much as possible number of patients, which is evident in their silly promotions too and number of appointments booked together. the clinic is small, ill equipped and chaotic. Don't advise anyone to go there. Most importantly, they don't take responsibility for their mistakes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctor says he's busy and doesn't have the time to answer my questions during my appointment when all I had is no more than two minutes!
I didn’t pay 300 and travel the country to feel like a burden. Very disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very very bad service. Yesterday I had an appointment for my parents at 11AM the doctor didn’t show until 1:30 PM, with disregards to his patients. Hygiene is very bad and crowded, disregarding the Covid-19 guidelines. Not my first time treated very poor in this place. I highly recommend not going here, unless you want to be humiliated

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. They refused my request for lens implants and recommended prk.
2. They intentionally used lower number during the surgery so my eye sight isn't corrected 100%.
3. Recovery was awful and after complaining during the follow up, they just brushed my complaints off.
I should have waited 6 months with king khalid eye hospital, rather than wasting my time my money and my health with this hospital.
