غير متعاونين ابدا في خدمه العميل
اشتريت مرتبه طبيه بناء على توصيه البائع انها الافضل و لكن سببت لي الام في الظهر
ندمت ندم شديد على الشراء الغالي
و التوجه سيكون لسليب لاين او سيلي الامريكيه
لن نعود لهم ابدا و الله يعوضنا خير
معلومة للمالك.. متواصل مع المبيعات و مدير المبيعات
وكان الرد.. ماعلينا منك.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مراتب ومستلزمات غرف النوم لشركات امريكية مثل كينق كويل وتمبر اذا كان انتاجها في امريكا فهي ممتازة ومريحة وتحس بطعم الراحة والنوم فيها وتنسى الكوابيس واحلام اليقضة . اما اذا كان انتاجها سعودي او امارتي فالجودة والميزة فيها تقل والسعر غالي يبدأ من ٣٠٠٠ الى ٢٠ الف حسب الحجم والنوع ووو - لمن لا يهمه السعر فالمراتب لك وللزمن بحكم اغلب اوقات عمرك بتقضيه بالنوم بما يعادل ٧ ساعات يومياً وتقلل من الام الظهر - قد تكون اوقات العروض والتخفيضات مناسبة لمن يرغب بالمراتب الجيدة

القيمة مقابل الجودة العالية.اخذت منهم مرتبة رائعه حقيقة باقي ارجع لهم واشتري وسادة وكرسي وشراشف او غطاء

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ممتاز من ناحية الجودة وتعامل موظف الصالة ( جميل الحربي ) اشتريت منهم مرتبة سرير وقت تخفيضات. دفعت نصف المبلغ وباقي المبلغ عند التوصيل بعد شهر او اللي تبي .
بعدها بكم يوم تلقيت اتصال من خدمة العملاء يسأل عن اي مشكلة واجهتني او اقتراح او شكوى .
Excellent in terms of quality and handling of the hall employee (Jamil Al Harbi). I bought a bed mattress from them at discounts. I paid half of the amount and the rest of the amount upon delivery a month later, or whatever.
How many days later I received a call from customer service asking about any problem I faced, suggestion, or complaint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السلام عليكم اولآ انا مسؤول امام الله عن مااكتب ثانيآ اشكر الموظف الخلوق والنصوح/ جميل الحربي وله من اسمه نصيب على اهتمامه براحة الزبون ثالثآ انا جيت وعندي الم بظهري من المرتبة اللي عندي ونصحني بهذه المرتبة المرفقة وفعلن كانت مرتبة تفوز وخلال اسبوع راح الالم وانا ماكتبت هذا التعليق الا بعد مرور عشر ايام لأجل التجربه وشكرآ لاتفي بحق الموظف ولاحق الشركة ??
