★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اولا مكان يحتوي علي جميع الاذوق لشنابر النظارات ومختلفه الاشكال والانواع ومن الناحية وكمان يناسب جميع الذين يرغبون في نظارات سعرها عالي وخدمتها جيده وايضا الاسعار تناسب جميع الفئات كما انه يغطي نسبه كبيره من شركات التامين ويوجد تشكيلة من نظارات الشمس تحفه بجد كما ان الكشف علي العيون لتحديد درجه النظر مجاني اي بدون فلوس

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من ثلاث أشهر تقريبا
اشتريت لطفلتي نظارة من عندهم
بقيمة تتجاوز الألف
ونتيجة لسوء استخدام الطفلة انكسرت النظارة ( انفكّت الدعامة)
قالوا لابد من دفع ٦٩ ريال قيمة الإصلاح !
مع أن الموضوع لايستدعي كل هذا المبلغ !
مجرد تركيب دعامة أخرى!!
قالوا راجعنا بعد 4 أيام
راجعتهم وأتفاجأ أنها لم يصلحوها بعد
راجعتهم بعدها بيومين ونفس الشي لم تنتهي!
والمرة الثالثة أعطوني النظارة
ولما وصلت البيت وجدت نظارة مختلفة تماما
من حيث اللون والتصميم
راجعتهم للمرة الرابعة
وكانت المفاجأة أنه تم استبدالها مع عميل اخر
والعجيب ان العميل الذي أخذ نظارة ابنتي أعجبه الوضع!!
واضطررت ان أنتظر لليوم الثاني
حتى يتم الاتصال بالعميل وطلب ارجاع النظارة
مدة ثلاث أسابيع والطفلة بدون نظارة
لاأنصح بالتعامل مع نظارات البركات
واستبداله بمحل أفضل من حيث التعامل والجودة..

They said we came back in 4 days
I checked them out and I'm surprised they haven't fixed it yet
I checked them two days later and the same thing did not end!
The third time, they gave me the glasses
When I got home, I found completely different glasses
In terms of color and design
I checked them out for the fourth time
The surprise was that it was replaced with another customer
The strange thing is that the customer who took my daughter's glasses liked the situation!!
I had to wait for the second day
Until the customer is contacted and asked to return the glasses
Three weeks ago, the baby was without glasses
I do not recommend dealing with Al-Barakat glasses
And replace it with a better place in terms of handling and quality..
