★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشتريت نظارة طبية بإطار من ماركة burberry بمبلغ ١٢٠٠ ريال للاطار فقط، بعد الاستلام اكتشفت بأن المعلومات على علبة النظارة بالاضافة لشهادة المنتج ليست متطابقة مع النظارة. سألت الموظف هاتفياً وكان الرد ان النظارة من العرض والعلبة غير متطابقة بسبب تخزين العلب في مستودعهم وأفاد الموظف بأن كل النظارات التي يبيعها السلمان بكل فروعه هي نظارات العرض! تجربة فاشلة جداً وبعد البحث عن النظارة في موقع الشركة يستبعد بأنها اصلية نظراً لسوء جودتها بالاضافة الى ان السعر دبل سعر الاصلية مرتين.

رد المالك ناقص وغير مقنع ولا يليق بشركة معروفة مثل السلمان عدم الوضوح في شرح حالة المنتج للعميل قبل عملية الشراء لأنه يحق للعميل ان يعرف انه يشتري منتج عرض متأثر بتجربة الناس ويباع في علبة منتج اخر، إضافة الى ما سبق رأيي الشخصي أني أستبعد كون النظارة بجودتها وحالتها التصنيعية التي استلمتها بها هي نسخة أصلية..
I bought burberry eyeglasses with frames for 1200 riyals per frame only. After receiving it, I discovered that the information on the glasses box, in addition to the product certificate, did not match the glasses. I asked the employee over the phone and the response was that the glasses from the display and the box did not match because the boxes were stored in their warehouse, and the employee reported that all the glasses that Salman sells in all its branches are display glasses! A very unsuccessful experience, and after searching for the glasses on the company’s website, it is ruled out that they are original due to their poor quality, in addition to the fact that the price is double the price of the original.

The owner’s response is incomplete, unconvincing, and not appropriate for a well-known company such as Al-Salman, the lack of clarity in explaining the condition of the product to the customer before the purchase process, because the customer has the right to know that he is buying a display product that is influenced by people’s experience and is sold in a box of another product, in addition to the above, my personal opinion is that I exclude the fact that the glasses are of good quality It is in the original condition you received it in.
