★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visit here August 06, 2020. Upon entering, the salesman was nice and made me choose frame and lenses. He told me the total price, and made the transaction done. Then, he asked me to go to the optometrist inside to do the check-up. The optometrist said my old eyeglasses were okay. If my old were okay, then why you made me pay for new glasses if i can still use my old eyeglasses. I think this clinic should to the check-up first before asking money to customers. I just left without saying anything because i needed a bigger frame of eyeglasses. If not, i would complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience: 1. no customer care 2. Don’t publish the phone number 3. I call them they pick up the phone without communicating they keep it aside, better not to answer 4. Sales person not strong or hiding something since you feel not straight forward.

it costed me of 4 digit value SAR but when i checked in India the actual cost was of 2 Digit SAR in India. Its too costly and worth less product.
