★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحل جيد وفيه تنوع وواسع لكن عدد العاملين فيه شخصين فقط يعتبر قليل وصراحة تعاملهم ممتاز ونفوسهم طيبة لهم الشكر الجزيل .
جربتهم اكثر من مرة جيدين لكن الماركات ماعندي يقين هل هي اصلية 100٪ او لا .لأن الأسعار عالية الى حداً ما يفترض انها تكون مقابل بضاعة مميزة .
The shop is good and has a wide variety, but the number of workers in it is only two people, and it is considered a small number, and frankly, their treatment is excellent and their souls are good. Thank you very much.
I tried them more than once, they are good, but the brands are not sure whether they are 100% original or not. Because the prices are somewhat high, they are supposed to be in exchange for distinguished goods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Al Maha optical last August 10,2020 to have an eye consultation and brought my eye glass frame. I used my insurance and it was covered. The Egyptian staff (Mohammed) was promised me that I will received a text message after 10 days.
It's almost 14 days, which is too much delayed since I received the text. I went there before personally to cancel my order, however they did not allowed me to cancel it. I asked for a discount since it is too much delayed, then they promised me that I will pay 200SAR only and I agreed, however when I went back to the optical shop the price changed and the Egyptian Staff was asking me to pay 276SAR
I am a Filipino Nurse and a front liner in Saudi Arabia. It's too much hassle for me.
My employer help me to deal with him, however in front of my Saudi Employer he is acting like a victim and too nice, and when I went to the optical shop with my friends his character changes and want me to pay 276 SAR
Some of my female friends went there and they only charged 36SAR, but for the male people he is charging too much!
To the owner of the Al Maha optical in this branch, I have 2 witness to proved my complain against your staff (Mohammed)
