★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Well organized (in fact much better than well established kiosks and cafes.
2. Great offerings - almond coffee as it's referred to (قهوة الوز) and sahlab (سحلب) are rich creamy warm drinks with crushed almonds + cinnamon (and cardamom for sahlab)
3 on top of this they have customer service = great attitudes and happy to serve.
I highly recommend you try them if you haven't.
They offer baleela (chick peas seasoned with vinegar, hot sauce and pickled cucumbers) an old classic along with a variety of warm drinks and pre-prepared mix fruit juice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend this drive by truck. All of their products are delicious specially the mix ice cream. Sahlab is also nice and warm for cold days. Balela is well balanced. Its not fair to not mention the staff working there, they are so kind and they serve customers with smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Baleelah wo Sahlab food truck is a treat and attracts a lot of visitors, waiting can be slightly long if the number of visitors exceeds 10 people. Over all the service is friendly and the guys in charge are courteous. Flavor is rather nice with a list of optional additions, the portions are fair for the price with an option of seating next to the truck’s location. This is one of the food trucks I’d recommend to visit at least once.
