★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I refuse to believe this is a second branch. It's just not the same! I got burnt chicken shawerma with dry cold fries in my last 4 to 5 orders. Don't order through the phone. The lady on the phone is not friendly at all! Very disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Found a piece of hair in the Shawarma. And it was stuck in the meat which means it reached it before it was cooked. Tried to complain but no one answered my calls.
Additionally, they charge SR 5 for extra Garlic Mayonnaise which is too small for SR 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best shawerma I ever had in Jeddah. Beef is better than chicken. waiting time was a little bit annoying other than that I recommend their sandwiches for on the go meals.
UPDATE: Took 1 star as this is my second time at this place, the girl on the cashier was not polite enough and kinda rude dealing with customers.
