★ ★ ★ ★ ★ نظام منصة ايجار الحديد لا يعمل ونحتاج الغاء عند و تم رفع شكوى وعدة اتصالات دون تجاوب و خل المشكلة. من سيرفر قيمة الغيجار الجديد الذي لم نستطع الغاءه منذ اسابيع بسبب سوء الخدمة وعدم عمل انظمتكم بالشكل المطلوب؟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف اسم على غير مسمى مسمينه ايجار المطور وهو بعيد عن هذا الاسم . طلبت من بداية شهر 8 تحويل مبلغ مالي كان في المحفظه الى حسابي البنكي وحتى هذا اليوم 2021/9/28 لم يدخل المبلغ في حسابي ولم يرجع الى المحفظه واجريت عدة اتصلات عليهم والاجابه فقط تم رفع تذكره ولم اجد اي نتيجه
Unfortunately, an unnamed name called the developer rent, which is far from this name. I asked from the beginning of the month of 8 to transfer an amount of money that was in the wallet to my bank account and until today 9/28/2021 the amount did not enter my account and did not return to the wallet.

انا استأجرة بعقد سنه وبعد شهرين نقلة الي منطقه ثانيه وصاحب الشقه يقول ما تطلع الا بعد انتهاء العقد فنظام فاشل جدا
Seriously, not good service
I rented it with a one-year contract, and after two months, it was moved to a second area, and the owner of the apartment says you don't come out until after the contract ends, because the system is very failed.
