★ ★ ★ ★ ★ المحاكم التجارية هي محاكم مختصة بالقضايا التجارية الأصلية والتبعية،[1] وهي فرع من فروع محاكم الدرجة الأولى المنتشرة في جميع مناطق ومحافظات المملكة العربية السعودية،[2] وكانت القضايا التجارية سابقًا من اختصاص ديوان المظالم [3]حتى صدر أمر ملكي بإنشاء محاكم تجارية متخصصة بالقضايا التجارية، وذلك بتاريخ 19/9/1428.[4]
ومن الأهداف التي من أجلها تأسست المحاكم التجارية تعزيز قطاع الأعمال، وتأسيس بيئة استثمارية تساهم في جذب المستثمرين إليها، اضافة إلى حفظ الحقوق وبناء الثقة بين القضاء والمستثمر،[5] كما يساهم القضاء التجاري في تسريع مستوى إنجاز القضايا التجارية، وتقليص مدة التقاضي، وتحسين وتطوير أداء الخدمات العدلية المتخصصة .

[4]
Among the goals for which commercial courts were established are the strengthening of the business sector, establishing an investment environment that contributes to attracting investors to it, in addition to preserving rights and building trust between the judiciary and the investor, [5] and the commercial judiciary contributes to accelerating the level of completion of commercial cases, reducing the length of litigation, and improving And developing the performance of specialized judicial services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجي من أخر الدنيا عشان يجيك موظف يصرفك ويقول مافي دخول على رئيس المحكمه مع العلم بأن ولاة امورنا فاتحين ابوابهم للشعب ولكن رئيس المحكمه يخيل للموظف انه فوقهم ويعطيك إيميل لتكتشف أن الرسايل الي ترسلها عن طريقه ماتوصل للبريد اصلاً لوجود خلل
المفترض إعتماد اراء قوقل لمحاسبة الموظفين
