بعد التركيب احتجت الي اضافة جهاز ابل تي في الجديد وبعد شراء الجهاز طلبت خدمة الصيانة وخلال يوم واحد وصل الفني وقام بتركيب الجهاز وتجربة نظام السينما وتحديث الاجهزة ... مجانا !!! ?

 More options I found on the market for home cinema and the most important point after-sales service ....
After installation I needed to add a new Apple TV device and after purchasing the device I requested maintenance service and within one day the technician arrived and installed the device and tried the cinema system and update the devices ... for free !!! ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute rip off and fraud company. Pricing is 2 to 3 times higher than anywhere and they themselves proudly say that. You can buy straight from overseas ship to Saudi and still cost you half if what they offer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just stopped at this store to see what they offer. I asked the sale’s person about the specifications of the projector and he said he doesn’t have any!!!!!
He was sitting at the chair all the time and didn’t make the efforts to show us around.
This is unprofessional!
I’ll never be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't recommend buying or working with this shop for the following reasons:
1-Bad customer service.
2-Over pricing, With shipping and online ording, it will be mostly up to date and ALOT CHEAPER!!!
3-Outdated technologies and services.
Here are my reasons in details:
1-Bad customer service:
-From the moment I entered the shop the man that was suppose to explain to me thier services was very difficult to communicate with in both Arabic and English.
-The owner of the shop was very unprofessional in communication, the way he try to explain and answer my questions was very rude and unpleasant he was asking if I'm stupid or not !! so he can explain to me how a 5000 years old technology work!!!
2-Pricing:
-As you can see from other reviewers he is over priced in every way from the projectors them self and the price of installation when he explained to me his way he told me "we only sell and install what we have if you buy from Amazon then let amazon do it for you" and honestly I don't know what did he expect me to think or say after that.
3-Technology:
- The owner of the shop knows his products to some extent BUT HIS IS UNBELIEVABLE OUT DATED !!! for example I told him that there is a 32:9 screen and 24:9 projector out of the box product ,you can easy within two seconds on Google find it but he say that it doesn't exist and shouldn't because you can't use it ,well if you are to play games with your PC you can connect two projects with 16:9 aspect ratio each and play, the GPU will do it's tricks with some simple configuration. you can find people on youtube who did that ,as simple as that. most of the game support diverse aspect ratio and if not or you decided to use it to watch movie or play with your PS4/Xbox/..etc it will simply adjust it's size and add black bars no stretching whatsoever if you know what you doing.
but as I said his is out dated.
Usually I like to buy from small/local businesses to support them but people Iike him make me wanna stop doing this and just simply buy it online.
