ركبت عدد من الكاميرات قبل أشهر. وكانت الأمور تمام. وهذا كان من فرع تركي الأول.
بعد كذا طلبت كاميرات إضافية، واتفقنا على التكلفة، واستغربت انهم ما تواصلوا معي من بعدها وأنا ما حرصت لأن ما اهتموا بي كشخص جاي يشتري منهم.
والآن لي أكثر من أسبوع، أتواصل مع أكثر من شخص مكالمة ورسائل، عشان يصلحون بعض الكاميرات عندي ولا مجيب.
ولما رد واحد على الرسالة طلب مني معلومات الضمان. وقلت له تلقاها عندك بالنظام وهذا الاسم وهذا الرقم. وقال ما لقيناه!
غير منظمين، ما حفظوا لي حقي، وما اهتموا بي كعميل.
والخيارات كثيرة بالرياض لمثل هذي الأنظمة.
 I will tell my story in short:
I installed a number of cameras months ago. And things were all right. This was from the first Turkish branch.
After that, I asked for additional cameras, and we agreed on the cost, and I was surprised that they did not contact me after that, and I was not keen because they did not care about me as someone who came to buy from them.
And now for more than a week, I communicate with more than one person, calling and texting, in order to fix some of my cameras, and there is no answer.
And when one replied to the message, he asked me for warranty information. And I told him he received it with you in the system and this name and this number. He said what we found!
Disorganized, they did not preserve my rights, and did not care about me as a client.
There are many options in Riyadh for such systems.
