I just take dose at 7 pm and it is updated now after 6 hours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compared with the previous comments, I’ve experienced today for my booster shot (Moderna) a fast, improved, organized service and received update in my Sehatty and Tawakkalna in less than 15 minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the booster dose (3rd dose) on January 02, 2022, they administered Moderna Vaccine.
My slot was at 3 PM, but I visited at 3:20 PM.
I was sitting in the waiting area almost till 4:20 PM.
Once they called inside, with-in 2 minutes they gave the vaccine injection and in next one minute they updated the details of Iqama in their computer system.
When I came out I saw a long queue standing for vaccines outside the medical center, at least it was better for me to get to sit in the waiting room.
The vaccine details are reflecting almost immediately in Tawakkhalna app and Sehhaty app.
Overall acceptable experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So much complaints coming out of the review about vaccine updation by the staffs working here. Really it seems that the management is worst & don't seems to be serious at all. The people who take their vaccine from here will have to face the consequences.The management would never update in the sehaty application & therefore the health ministry should note this & take quick action as it might affect many people's career who are yet to take the booster shot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my appointment today morning, they let people in based on appointment time. Upon entry you need to wait in the waiting area. Then you are called to the vaccination room, once vaccinated they guide you to the data update section, where they enter your iqama number in the system. Sehatty gets updated that time itself and tawakkalna within an hour. Overall nice experience.
