النظافة ممتازه ، المسبح بنظام تدفئة ، الغرفتين واسعة بحمامين ، صالة بمطبخ مطلة على المسبح بفاصل قزاز ، بموقف سيارة ( كراج ) ، وبيت شعر في الحوش ، يوفرون سماعات و العاب نفخ للاطفال بأجار ، قريبة من الخدمات ، الأسعار تختلف حسب الموسم.
