عيبه الوحيد مغاسله الداخليه صغيره جدآ فقط لا غير

يوجد مواقف امامية وجانبية وخلفية للفندق
يوجد سوبر ماركت متوفر به كل الاحتياجات
ايضًا هناك مغسلة للملابس
اخذت 5 ايام في الفندق غرفتين وصالة وحمامين ومطبخ بـ600 ريال الليلة في فترة الصيف.
النجمة الناقصة بسبب السعر وايضًا حجم المغاسل
جدًا صغيرة رغم سعة المكان ، ايضًا المروش الماء يملي الحمام حيث لا يوجد بانيو .

لذا حجزت مباشرة عن طريق الفندق
Excellent clean hotel, far from the hustle and bustle
There is front, side and rear parking for the hotel
There is a supermarket that has everything you need
There is also a laundry
I took 5 days in the hotel, two rooms, a hall, two bathrooms, and a kitchen for 600 riyals per night during the summer period.
The minus star is due to the price as well as the size of the sinks
Very small despite the size of the place, also the showers, the water dictates the bathroom as there is no bathtub.
The price in the booking is higher than the hotel price directly
So I booked directly through the hotel

والعاملين فيه رائعين وأخص بالذكر أخي/عوض عبدالرحمن، الذي حقيقة راقي في تعامله وكلمة شكر لاتوفيه...
يتميز الفندق بتوفر الخدمات أسفله...
وهو بدون مجاملة أنظف فندق وجدته في زمن كورونا
وكلما ذهبت لأبها أو الخميس أو أحد رفيدة فهو خياري الأول??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ وصلت الفندق ٢.٣٠ بعد الظهر بعد اعلامهم بان وصولي المتوقع بين ٢ الى ٣ م. وانتظرت حتى الساعة ٦ مساء مع عائلتي بحجة تنظيف الشقة.
وعندما ابديت لهم استيائي وطلبت رقم المسؤل اشاروا لي برقم الجوال الموجود بخط عريض في الاستقبال وعند الاتصال به عدة مرات لم يجب على الاتصال.
المكان نظيف والخدمات سيئة وبالنسبة للسعر ولانني كنت انتظر وجدت ان السعر المقدم للنزيل القادم لهم بدون حجز عن طريق التطبيقات ارخص بكثير لذا انصح بالحجز مباشرة عن طريق الفندق واذا اتيحت فنادق او خيارات اخرى فلا انصح بهذا الفندق ابدا.
I arrived at the hotel 2.30pm after being informed that my expected arrival is between 2pm and 3pm. I waited until 6 pm with my family under the pretext of cleaning the apartment.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction to them and asked for the official's number, they referred me to the mobile number in a broad line in the reception, and when I called him several times, I did not answer.
The place is clean, the services are bad, and for the price, and because I was waiting, I found that the price offered to the next guest without booking through apps is much cheaper, so I recommend booking directly through the hotel, and if hotels or other options are available, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الميزه الوحيده الصاله مساحتها طيبه غيره لايوجد اي ميزه
اولا: الطاولات بالصاله زجاج واحداها مكسوره لم يراعى فيها وجود اطفال او اصابتهم لا سمح له ؟
ثانيا : المكيفات شباك مزعجة
ثالثا: النظافة ضعيفة
رابعا : مسدد حق يومين كاش والبطاقة الساعه ٤ من بعد اول يوم طفى الكهرب وانا ماشي الظهر ولا رجعت الا ١١ الليل ويوجد دواء بالثلاجة قيمته ٤٨٠٠ ريال طيب ليش التعامل القذر هذا وفلوسك معك
خامسا: ٧٠٠ ريال غرفتين وصاله بين حواري مطله على مصلى العيد ???
تجربه لن تتكرر

Third, hygiene is poor

Fifth: 700 riyals, two rooms and a hall between alleys overlooking the Eid prayer hall ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشكر طاقم الاجنحة بفرع أحدرفيدة على الاستقبال، المكان مميز وشعارهم النظافة وراحة الضيف، انصح بسلسلة القصر ولهم فروع وقد نزلت بفرع أحدرفيدة أكثر من مرة، كما أشكر الاستاذة/ احلام القحطاني على الاستقبال وإنهاء الاجراءات وتقديم المساعدة.
I would like to thank the suites staff in Ahdar Rafidah branch for the reception, the place is special and their motto is cleanliness and guest comfort. I recommend the palace chain and they have branches and I have been to Ahdar Rafidah branch more than once. I also thank Mrs. Ahlam Al Qahtani for receiving, finalizing procedures and providing assistance.
