M	Mohammed Alasmari on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربتي كانت لا بأس بها علماً أن الإيجار غالي جداً ولكن ثقتي في المالك كانت في غير محلها لأنه يرفض إعطاء عقد ويطلب تأمين ثم يرفض إعادة التأمين بحجج واهية. نصيحتي لمن يستأجر يكن حذر. M	MajMaj DH on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكان جميل جدا وهاديء يتميز بتنوع الجلسات من شتوية وخارجية وحتى علوية. المساحة كبيرة ويوجد مكان مخصص للاطفال ومكان لالعاب الرمل ويمكن تقسيم الاستراحة لتكون قسمين عن طريق الشراع. المطبخ جيد ويوجد به فرن ومايكرويف وثلاجتين. ويوجد مكيفات صحراوية للجلسات الخارجية. الحمامات جيدة ونظيفة يوجد شلال . ويوجد غرف نوم . يعيبه الاثاث يحتاج بعضه لتغيير وبعضه للاسف تعرض للشمس لفترة طويلة. المسبح داخلي ومكتوم ويحتاج يكون فيه شبابيك للتهوية ويحتاج اصلاح للاضاءة واصلاح للجاكوزي كما يجب تنبيه الحارس بان الكمية اللي يضعها من الكلور اكثر من اللازم ويتحسس من لديهم ربو او حساسية صدر من الرائحة. بعض اعمدة الانارة تحتاج لاصلاح لوجود بعض الاسلاك المكشوفة. الدش قديم ويحتاج لاصلاح وتعديل لجودة الاشارة. يوجد سماعات بلوتوث يتم توفير الصابون والمناديل الحارس متعاون جدا صاحب الاستراحة خدوم ومتعاون في تخفيض السعر . السعر جيد جدا مقارنة بالشاليهات الصغيرة الموجودة في نفس المنطقة. بالنسبة لملاحظة مبلغ التأمين . يتم تسليمة للحارس والحارس يقوم باعادته عند التأكد من سلامة الاستراحة وبدون مماطلة.
