وحسن تعامل العاملين على الشاليه متعاونين وحريصين على راحة العميل ..?? موقعها مميز و قريب منها جميع الخدمات .. صارلي سنتين ونص اتعامل معهم
انصح به وبشدة ..
 Beautiful, clean and tidy chalets, great decor, and nice outdoor seating
And the good treatment of the workers on the chalet are cooperative and keen on the customer’s comfort..?? Its location is distinguished and close to all services.. It has been two and a half years that I have been dealing with them
I highly recommend him..

اول ماوصلنا بعد مشوار نص ساعه اتفاجأ فيه ناس داخلين الشاليه اللي انا حاجزته واتواصل مع الحارس يقول العائله اللي موجودين تبعكم نفس الاسم وبعد اصرار مني سأل العائله اللي جوا الشاليه واكتشف انهم حاجزين الشاليه الثاني
رفض الحارس يفتح الشاليه الثاني لنا( مع العلم ان الاثنين نفس المواصفات )اللي هو تبع الناس اللي دخلو الشاليه حقنا واصر ان العائله تطلع للشاليه الثاني وانا ادخل الشاليه اللي دخلو فيه العائله
عشان الحارس يقتنع ويعترف بخطأه ويطلعون الناس اللي جوا جلسنا تقريبا ثلث ساعه و المسبح غير نظيف وتوجد صراصير صغيره بكميه كبيره داخل الشاليه وعموما المكان ليس بمستوى الصور الموجوده في حسابهم في الانستقرام
مااكرر الزياره ابدا
very bad experience
The first time we arrived, after a half-hour journey, I was surprised by people entering the chalet that I had checked in, and I contacted the guard, who said the family who was present followed you with the same name, and after my insistence, he asked the family who was in the chalet and found out that they were blocking the second chalet.
The guard refused to open the second chalet for us (knowing that the two are the same specifications) who is following the people who entered the chalet to us, and insisted that the family go to the second chalet and I enter the chalet in which the family entered
Because the guard is convinced and admits his mistake, and they show the people in the air, we sat for about a third of an hour, the pool is not clean, and there are small cockroaches in large quantities inside the chalet, and in general, the place is not up to the level of the photos in their Instagram account.
Never repeat a visit

يشكر العاملون عليه
لكن ماء المسبح بارد جدا وغير نظيف
والالعاب المائية لاتعمل

لكن مايناسب العائلات الكبيرة عجزت القى مكان راحه او جلوس او مكان هاديء ..العشب فرشه خضراء مو طبيعي
المسبح نظيف والصغار مفصول عن الكبار لكن ليت في سياج بينهم لان يمدي اي صغير ينقل للكبير بسبب الحاجز المنخفض
الحمامات تظل رطبه لفترة طويله وكانها مستنقع ماء بسبب ان فتحت التصريف بموقع بعيد والمفروض بالوسط
الالعاب المائيه ماتشتغل والزحليقه يمين فيها كسر وخطر ع الاطفال
We took Chalet No. 1, beautiful and tidy, and the furniture is elegant
But what is suitable for large families was unable to find a resting place, or a place to sit, or a quiet place..the grass is green and not natural
The swimming pool is clean and the children are separated from the adults, but I wish there was a fence between them, because any small would be transferred to the old because of the low barrier
The bathrooms remain wet for a long time as if they were a swamp of water because the drain was opened in a remote location, which is imposed in the middle
The water games do not work and the slide is on the right, and there is a break in it and a danger to the children
