من الاخر تعامل غير محترم على حسب تجربتي وشكرا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اولا.. لا يوجد لوحة ارشادية كبيرة وواضحة تبين ان المكتب في الدور الثاني
ثانيا.. لا يوجد مكتب استقبال لتوجيه العميل للموظف المختص بخدمتك
ثالثا.. النظرة المتعاليه من قبل الموظفين وعدم توجيههم بالشكل الصحيح
رابعا.. عدم الدقة في توجيه العميل للطريقة الصحيحة لانجاز طلبه
First, there is no large and clear sign showing that the office is on the second floor
Secondly..there is no reception desk to direct the customer to the employee in charge of your service
Third, the condescending view of the employees and not directing them correctly
Fourth.. Inaccuracy in guiding the customer to the correct way to complete his request
