والمبلغ مبالغ فيه ب300ريال للشقه
ولاكن كنت منحد عليها
ولايوجد اي شقه او
فندق في القنفده

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فندق هادئ جدا ، كانت الإقامة ليلة واحدة جناح يتكون من 3 غرف ومطبخ ودورتين مياة وصالة صغيرة نسبياً ، الأسعار معقولة إلى مناسبة .. النظافة كانت ممتازة والمطبخ مجهز بالأواني.
A very quiet hotel, the stay was one night, a suite consisting of 3 rooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, and a relatively small hall, the prices are reasonable to appropriate.. The cleanliness was excellent and the kitchen was equipped with utensils.

موظف الاستقبال عبدالله كان اسلوبه سيء وغير متعاون..
الشقة عبارة عن ممر طويل وغرفة على اليمين وبعدها مطبخ صغير فيه كنبتين ودولاب مطبخ بشكل بدائي جدا..
ثم غرفة ثانية وحمام واحد لكل الشقة..
الأثاث قديم ومتهالك
المكيفات كلها شباك قديمة ومكسرة ومزعجة
بلاط الارضيات مكسر وخطير على الأطفال وناقز من الأرض..
الحمام بدون ماء حار والسخانة خربانة ولا يوجد توصيل ماء لها.. يعني ما معك إلا ماء بارد..
المفارش كلها غبار للأسف ولا يوجد الا علبة منديل واحدة وبعد الطلب أيضا..
والسعر غالي جدا ٣٩٦ ريال..
عن نفسي لن اعيد تكرار هذي التجربة
وأنصح بالتفكير مليا قبل السكن هنا.
Unfortunately, bad experience.
The receptionist Abdullah was bad and unhelpful.
The apartment consists of a long corridor, a room on the right, and then a small kitchen with two sofas and a cupboard, in a very primitive way.
Then a second room and one bathroom for each apartment..
Furniture is old and worn out
The air conditioners are all old, broken and noisy windows
The floor tiles are broken and dangerous for children and are sticking out of the ground..
The bathroom is without hot water and the heater is dilapidated, and there is no water connection to it.. I mean, you only have cold water..
The bedspreads are all dust, unfortunately, and there is only one box of tissues, and after ordering too..
And the price is very expensive 396 riyals..
For myself, I will not repeat this experience
I advise to think carefully before staying here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in this hotel while traveling to Abha. The place is neat and clean despite the building being quite old. All the basic amenities are available nearby the property. Mosque is just besides the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only negative point is the room air-condition. It's too noisy as the location of the air-condition window-type is at the chimney look a like corners of the building which echoed the extreme noise of it.
You must pump up the volume of the TV if you wish to hear the sound of the TV Programmes.
