★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شقق جميله ونظيفة وواسعه تحتوي على غرفتين نوم وصاله ومطبخ ومجلس ودورتين مياه جميع الغرف واسعة ومناسبه للعائلات .
بالنسبة لمكان العماره فهو مميز في مكان هادئ وله إطلالة رائعة على المزارع والاماكن الطبيعية قريب جدا من منتزة السحاب وقريب من محلات التموينات وليس بعيد جدا عن طريق السودة العام .
من يريد الدخول يوميا الى ابها يعتبر بعيد عليه تقريبا من ٢٠ الى ٣٠ دقيقه واخر الطريق يحتاج تركيز لمن لم يعتاد على القيادة في المناطق الجبلية ?.
من وجهه نظري هو مناسب لمن يريد الهدوء والبعد عن صخب المدن.
العمارة تتكون من ٦ شقق ويتوفر بها مواقف سيارات كافية ويوجد حارس للعمارة يهتم بتنظيفها وخدمة السكان.
تعامل اصحاب العمارة ممتاز جدا وحريصين عليها ويشرفون بأنفسهم عليها .
بالنسبة للاسعار فيه مناسبة بالنسبة لحجمها وصاحب العمارة يعطي اسعار اقل كلما طلت مدة السكن .
يوجد بها دكة خارجية يمكن الجلوس بها .
في النهاية مكانها جميل وتستحق التجربة ??
