★ ★ ★ ★ ★ أقمنا فيه ليلتين شقة واحده(غرفة نوم و مطبخ و صالة كبيرة) (الليلة الأولى بقيمة ٤٣٠ريال و الثانية ٤٠٠ريال)
المميزات:-
الفندق جديد ما له الإ سنة و ٨ شهور
مساحة الشقة كبيرة و شرحه
نظيف جدآ و فخامة بسيطة كونه جديد
موقعه وسط البلد وحوله محلات تجارية
مناسب جدآ للعوائل
الإنترنت سريع
تعامل موظف الإستقبال (المصري) كان ممتاز
توفر مواقف السيارات في القبو
قيمته ٥ نجوم كشقق مفروشة وليست شقق فندقية
السلبيات:-
لايوجد إطلالة مثل بلوكنه (شرفه أو تراس) ع الجبال وهذي بالنسبة لي ممتاز للمدن الي أجواءه بارده
التجربة كانت يوم الجمعة ١٤٤١/١٢/٢٥هـ الموافق ٢٠٢٠/٨/١٤م
 We stayed in it for two nights, one apartment (one bedroom, kitchen and large hall) (the first night was 430 riyals and the second was 400 riyals)
Features:-
The hotel is brand new, only 1 year and 8 months
The apartment area is large and explained
Very clean and simple luxury, being new
Its location in the middle of the country and surrounded by shops
Very suitable for families
The internet is fast
The receptionist (Egyptian) dealt was excellent
Parking is available in the basement
Its value is 5 stars as furnished apartments, not hotel apartments
Negatives:-
There is no view like having a balcony (balcony or terrace) on the mountains, and for me this is excellent for cities to cold climates.
The experiment was on Friday 12/25/1441 AH corresponding to 8/14/2020 AD

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للامانه كان جدا نظيف وهادي ولكن سعره مرتفع شوي مقارنة مع اسعارالفنادق الاخرى والوقت أخذته ب٣٣٠
العماله كويس جدا وفر لي كل شيء من كوايه ومغسله وغاز وفرش لكن الموظف المصري ازعجني شكه الزايد
ولكن المكان مريح وجميل

لكن لايوجد نظافة ( يتعذر مسئول بأنهم غير مسئولين عن النظافة في المطبخ ) فقط يقوم بمسح الارضيه وغسل دورات المياه ولا يتم ترتيب غرف النوم
The building is beautiful and meets the needs of medium-sized families
But there is no cleanliness (it cannot be official that they are not responsible for the cleanliness in the kitchen) he only mops the floor and washes the toilets and the bedrooms are not arranged

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحة الشقة نظيفه ومريحه بس يوجد بعض السلبيات راح اذكرها وان شاء الله اكون صادق بكل كلمة
1- توجد رائحة في بالوعات المطبخ فقط الحمامات ممتازه وليس بها عيب.
2- تعامل الاستقبال المصري الدب سيئ جداً وازعاج لك قبل وقت المغادرة بوقت مبكر .. ولا توجد لديه اخلاق بصراحه اسوء من شافته عيني ولا افكر استاجر مرة اخرى وهو موجود ???
3- يوجد طفايات لتدخين داخل الشقة والزل بالصاله به اثار حروق من الدخان
4- الاسعار مبالغ بها نوعاً ما ❌
الايجابيات
1- الغرفة نظيفه والمفرش نظيف والضوء خافت وهادي
2- التكيف ممتاز والمكيفات جديدة اسبلت
3- الصور المعروضة طبق الآصل وليست وهمية
4-تعامل الاستقبال السوداني مسائي ممتاز واذا احتجت شي وطلبته لا يتاخر عليك??
ملاحظه/
1-تعمدت اذكر السلبيات قبل الايجابيات لانها أهم للمستأجر .
2- الانتباه من المصري ولا تعطيه وجه من البدايه ولا يخدعك بكلمة ياشيخ وياباشا ???♂️
Frankly, the apartment is clean and comfortable, but there are some negatives that I will mention, and God willing, I will be honest in every word.
1- There is a smell in the kitchen sinks only. The bathrooms are excellent and not defective.
2- The Egyptian receptionist treated the bear very badly and disturbed you early before the departure time..and he had no morals, frankly, worse than my eyes healed.
3- There are smoke extinguishers inside the apartment, and there are traces of smoke burns in the hall
4- Prices are somewhat exaggerated ❌
Positives
1- The room is clean, the bedding is clean, and the light is dim
2- Excellent adaptability and new conditioners split
3- The displayed images are original and not fake
4- Dealing with the Sudanese evening reception is excellent, and if you need something and ask for it, do not be late
Notice/
1- I deliberately mentioned the negatives before the positives because they are more important to the tenant.
2- Attention from the Egyptian, do not give him a face from the beginning, and do not deceive you with the words, Sheikh and Yabasha ???♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول شي ما نحب نقطع رزق احد والرازق هو رب العباد ثاني شي اول مره استأجر في هذا الفندق ثالث شي نصيحه اخ ومحب لك غير العامل المصري اسلوبه سيئ سيئ سيئ اقل شي اذا ما عندك طلبي يكون ردك محترم ومهذب لانك تعكس صوره الفندق اختم نهايه كلامي غير العامل المصري بالتوفيق لكم
