★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible place! Incredibly bad location and don't even get me started on their customer services!!! They cancelled the hotel as soon as I reached the place. I booked months in advance and they cancelled on me after having full payment in advance by bank transfer and when I got there , I was told that my room was given to someone else already. I had to book a very expensive hotel as I was literally left out on the streets with my kids! The toilets were broken and disgusting. The floor had urine and the flush didn't work. There was no services available what so ever and they showed no empathy with children and women and tired travellers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting place! Save yourself the hassle and book somewhere else. They took the payments and cancelled on me last minute and I had no where to go. Its not that close to the al haram either it is around 20 minute walk and in the very hot season that seems like a very long walk! The people had no manners and no skills. There is a huge language barrier too as no one speaks english. Extremely disappointed.
