★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While viewing the show villa and compound facilities, we were warmly welcomed by a very polite manager called Raghib who has demonstrated unprecedented attitude of high standard hospitality and care. He paid attention to the fine details of our needs and made us feel home even before move-in. His efforts didn't stop there. He ensured a very smooth move-in process and provided tremendous support to ensure that everything is up and running and up to expectations. He has a wonderful maintenance and house keeping team who resolve issues in no time. I was living in a larger and more reputable compound in Dubai (the best over there) and I can tell you that their services were way less competitive than those provided by Ragib's team. Despite being small when compared to other compounds, when you have a busy schedule and demanding family, you just want peace of mind at home, particularly when it comes to maintenance, which is rarely found these days. Thank you Mr Raghib.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my second month living in Arcadia. The location is great. Compound design is awesome, with focus on keeping privacy of tenants. Excellent atmosphere in the compound, with a diversity in the community. The units are spacious, comfortable and well maintained, and the amenities are excellent. All the above is because of a great manager (Mr Ragheb) who literally looks into the very little details to keep order and provide great service to people living in the property. I do not regret choosing this place as "home". BIG thanks to the management and keep up the good work.
