فهو آمن وتعمر بالطاعة وأعدت للعبادة
ونهي عن زخرفتها .
مأمور بالمحافظة عليها من كل مايعكر
او يزعج المصلين وواجب المحافظة على
طهارتها وإزالة النجاسة .
وينطبق عليها في العموم ما ينطبق على
المباني الاخرى من حيث جودة البناء
والمواد المستخدمة والتوصيلات
الكهربائية.
وأكثر ما يحتاجه المصلي مكان نظيف
بعيد عن الضوضاء والتكييف في
الحر تقبل الله من الجميع طاعاتهم
ورزقهم الإخلاص والقبول من أقام
المشروع ومن صلى فيه .
