والموظفين يتطلعون للخدمه الممتازه
لكن للاسف صارت معي قدمت خادمه فلبينيه وجلست شهرين وزياده ثم عوضوني بخادمه موجوده وصارت سيئه ورفضته
جلست ثلاث شهور او اربع شهور انتظر خادمتي ثم وصلت ولكن للأسف خادمه تعبانه وجلست يومين بالمشفى ورفض المشفى يعطين تقرير عجز عن العمل وتحملت خادمه فيها سكر وهزيله بسبب ظروف الوالده
بس بالاخير طلعت الخادمه تبغى خادمه تخدمها
لذلك تجربتي سيئه مع المكتب
يعني المكتب جمع لي طول انتظار وخادمه سيئه

But at the end of the maid, she wants a maid to serve her
So my experience is bad with the office
I mean, the office brought me a long wait and a bad maid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الان اقتربنا من عشرون شهر ولم تصل العامله
حيث انهم بعد ان كملنا اكثر من سنه من التقديم اخبرونا ان العامله رفضت فعليكم تغييرها او سحب المبلغ او استبدالها باخرى
فاستبدلناها باخرى وقالوا سوف تاتي بعد شهرين والان كملنا اكثر من 6 شهور ولم تاتي مع الاسف
فانا اعطيه اقل من نجمه على هذا التاخير مع الاسف
لذلك من واقع تجربتنا معهم لا انصح بالتعامل معهم ابد

So we replaced it with another and they said it will come in two months and now we have completed more than 6 months and it has not come unfortunately
I give it less than a star for this delay
Therefore, from our experience with them, I do not recommend dealing with them at all

لي اكثر من ٥ شهور والى الان لم تاتي عاملتي تعبت منهم
Not very suitable
I have been for more than 5 months and so far my maid has not come. I am tired of them

والمشكله يحلف بالله ان العامله ستصل قريبا
وهو لم يستخرج تفويض له من الخارجيه اساسا
ونحمد الله على نعمة مساند التي اوقفت مثل هذا المكتب عند حده
واي عميل لم تحضر العامله له خلال 151 يوم يحق له استرجاع المبلغ المدفوع وبالاضافه الى غرامه التاخير على المكتب 20 ٪
بسبب تهاون البعض مع مثل هذا المكتب هو من دفعهم للتمادي
عليك المطالبه بحقك ولا ياخذك معسول الكلام من العاملين بالمكتب وتفقد حقك
النظام في مساند يكفل لك حقك
مثل ماكفل حقه بمبلغ الاستقدام

للأسف مكتب بطيييء جدًا جدًا بالرغم من ان السواق اعرفه ومن عندي توقعت الاجراء اسهل قالوا ٩٠ يوم ورضينا لكن للان كملنا ١٤٠ يوم والسواق لسا ما جاء ولا انحجز له حتى!!
Veryyy slow office
I had the driver already just wanted an office to bring it and yet we are 140 days in and he is still not here even though by contract 90 days was the wait period.
Unfortunately, the office is very, very slow, although the driver knows him and from me I expected the procedure to be easier, they said 90 days and we were satisfied, but now we have completed 140 days and the driver still did not come and I do not even book him!!
