★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق بشكل عام جيدة ونظيفة جدا والخدمات جنبها قريبة وسعرها جدا مقبول .
لكن على ماقال اخوي فيهاريحة تجي اخر الليل لكن ماتوصل لدرجة انها تعكر علي القعدة فيها .
 Apartments in general are good, very clean, services are close by and very affordable.
But according to what my brother said, it will come at the end of the night, but it has not arrived to the point where it muddies me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة غير موفقه ...خاصة مع الموظف إسماعيل شوة سمعة الشقق أرجو عدم التعامل او السكن لديهم والادارة غير متجاوبة...الله المستعان

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربه سيئه لن تكرر لايوجد مواقف لسيارلت امام الشقق والمواقف تحت العماره ضيقه جدا وغير مضائه ويتم الوقوف امام الكراج من قبل سيارات زبائن المحلات ولاتستطيع الخروج الا بعد فتره الغرف شبه نظيفه دوره المياه وانتو بكرامه سيئه جدا جدا جدا

المناديل تخيل شقة 3 غرف يقول منديل واحد يكفي
والمطبخ فيه غلاية بالطلب
وفيه عينين كهربائية فيها التماس
ولا يوجد اي ادوات للمطبخ
ولا يوجد مواقف فل في القبو
وضيقه جدا
والشارع كله مطاعم ولا يوجد مواقف
ورطه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئة جدا جدا ..رايحة الحمام طالعة صراصير بكثرة سرير مكسر موظف الإستقبال إسماعيل كل وقته جالس في بدروم المواقف وضعوه غريب...انصح بعدم التعامل معه أو السكن لديهم الإدارة نايمه

- اثاث جيد وجميل.
- نظافة ممتازة جدا.
- يوجد فيها كافيه مشروبات ساخنة.
- بهو مرتب لاستقبال ضيف من غير النزلاء.
-الاسعار في الموسم للغرفتين ٤٠٠ + وخارج الموسم ٢٥٠ ريال.
- يوجد لديهم ايجار شهري خارج الموسم ٤٠٠٠ريال
- اكبر عيوبها المواقف لا توجد مواقف امام الشقق لوجود الماكدونالدز في الاسفل ولوجود مطعم ريدان بجواره.
Of the best furnished apartments in Al Naseem overall:
Nice and good furniture.
Very excellent hygiene.
- There is a cafe with hot drinks.

- Season prices for the two rooms 400 + and outside the season 250 riyals
They have a monthly rent outside the season of 4000 riyals
The biggest flaws in the parking are there are no parking spaces in front of the apartments due to the presence of McDonald's at the bottom and the presence of Raydan Restaurant next to it.
