โ โ โ โ โ Aramex was suppose to deliver my order from Amazon since 14th of August. Their delivery man did not deliver it after sharing my location ?. I went to their office on 16th 3pm they asked me to come back 7pm to collect the parcel. When I got there 7pm they started giving me another story thar the parcel is not available for pickup up. They have the poorest customer service I have come to see.

โ โ โ โ โ It says that the branch is open until 9PM but when i reached there at 645pm the branch was closed.
I returned at 8pm again but yet still the branch was closed.
@Aramex needs to update their time schedule here to avoid customers from hassle.

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible delivery service. Itโs been almost 2 weeks my parcel not been delivered to me. The driver called but not answered and then hung up the phone. Donโt even drop message to ask for my location if he didnโt know.
Iโve been email Aramex HQ but no point. They didnโt help at all.

โ โ โ โ โ Bad service!!! I always experience very rude delivery man, they are always angry when asking for a location or whenever they are waiting just for a second. I hope they should train how to handle their clients well. So disappointing
