★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came today 4pm till 4:15pm and there is a lot of customers waiting no staff inside attending. We decided to leave and come back night time and still no staffs are available. Lights off and no signs that tells why but there is a sign that clearly says that it should open. What kind of operations are you running.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worse service, I have to get my shipment from Marks and spensor London and they sent me whatsapp msg after two days and asked me to pickup from there location. I said I paid for home delivery but that man hia name was NIAZ UBAIDULLAH he said i am sitting in Najah come and picked up when I took taxt and went there it was residential area and he was not on location I sent msg again because he was not picking up phone then he sent me another location I was in green taxi and meter was running then location was showing another address. it was residential area and there was Aramex office he was lazy and didnt try to deliver packet. It cost me 150 riyal from my location and he was not standing on one location my taxi was following him on street. I asked everybody not to use Aramex and aramex should fire Niaz Ubaidullah who was annoying customers. very very very pathetic service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As with most Aramex drop-off points, it's just that, a grimy little " hole in the wall" where you drop-off or pick up your packages. Note that prayer times office closure is still observed here to the minute!
Delivery efficient and on time, cost competitive with the international competition as well as Saudi post

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery is always upto the delivery man, he decides when, and you havvvve to be present when he arrives or otherwise you will regret. This is always the case. ARAMEX sent me a message to pick delivery date, i chose today May 04. Now at the end of the day, nothing, no delivery, their chat pot is so silly, i called their phone number no answer. Verrrry frustrating.
