No control on its employees. Among the 50 employees, you will find only five who sincerely work.
Timekeepers, mostly from rajisthan, india control workers and support completely people of their own native place, make their attendances and overtimes while they are sleeping in the camps or working for someone else outside.
Bad days ahead for this company for sure.
