The company has the best HR policy in everything.
Salaries are paid on time or before. Work load is manageable.
For site staff it provides facility like shoes, uniforms, pick and drop best food and good accommodation.
Family visas are provided to employee above the set bench marks .
Bachelor accommodation is like palace. Has high standards of equipment for cooking and daily use.
I have worked for 4 years, and still remember for it's prosperous generosity towards employees.
I can write a book on it... Even it won't satisfy it's greatness.
Full marks for this company. If you are getting an offer or willing to resign .. read this again... Alfanar ❤️
