★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst company i ever seen in my life. Nobody was there to pick the passengers from the airport. No one came to take the pcr test and without pcr test they let us leave the hotel. I don't understand the use of offering the quarantine package.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Before the app was called Tajawal which 1000% much better than Almosafer unprofessional social media team they just handle the whatsupp in a wrong way by ending the conversation without solutions..
Customer service 0% they are not honest and unprofessional they said will get back to you within 2 hour and they keep ignoring my request more than 72 hour no one find a solution for a doable request
My advice is to book directly with the agency it self and avoid this mobile application
