★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to stay. Single room reasonably big for 2 adults. Additional one bed available on request. Jetski available for 600 riyal per hour. Two wheeler available for 50 Riyal per hour. Swimming pool, sauna and steam bath available for customers. Play area in sand available for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The view and the location are absolutely fantastic but the furniture and the buildings are old and old-fashioned doesn't live up to the beauty of the location. The price is very reasonable but the restaurant is below average.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a bad start. We ad to wait almost an hout in order to get our room. We were recompensed though with free breakfast which was delicious. The AC didn't work so they had to fix that when we were outside. The appartment gets really dirty and sandy and there are no cleaning facilities in the room. Our part of the beach of the sheelah had so many crabs that we didn't dare to swim. We saw over ten crabs. The pool was nice though and the playground too. It was a nice experience but I don't think that the place is worthy its price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So beautiful resort but had small thing that should focus on it like light in night and price of ship is high . The clean is good and breakfast is taste , but I wanna add note , they call u in 10 clock to check out but in normall check out in 2 or 3 clock .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice for kids...nice playing area,trampolines, swimming pools, jungle gym, can take scooters and bikes with too, very nice area. Beautiful landscape as well ....
As for the beach...not really able to play in it, I'd suggest you drive to a nearby beach instead.
Then for the apartment itself. ..quite comfortable, (not very new though) ..spacious enough, balcony, veranda as well....perfect to spend time with the family. It's got a nice kitchen as well
Preferable however that you do not go when the weather is very hot as you can do nothing in the daytime

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi just wanted to share my experience with this resort. For a month I have been trying to get hold of this resort via email and phone calls and no response. I even got a friend to physically go and visit the resort and ask what is happening to their communication system. They stated they will fix their phones. A day prior to going to the resort my friend went again tot he resort themselves and spoke with them. They informed me that they didn't receive my booking and they are now all booked out. I rang Bookings.com to resolve the issue and bookings informed me that they have informed the resort a month a go. They attempted ringing but unable to get through and also email but no response. I am very dissapointed with the way this resort handled the situation and their customer service is extremely poor. This is the first place I have come across in Saudi with issues in regards to making reservations. A low rating for their extremely poor communication with their customers.
