★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مره سيء سيء سيء مو نظيف وريحه الشقه معفنه ماجلسنا غير ساعتين طلعت ريحته و الباب مايتسكر لما رجعنا لقينا الباب مفتوح ماارتحناله وقررنا نطلع مارضوا يرجعون فلوسنا يعني خدمه العملاء سيئه عندهم ????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ جيده من حيث النظافة النت داخل الغرف ضعيف جدا الخدمه ضعيفه موظفي الاستقبال غير محترفين وسيئ التعامل بشكل عام وخصوصا موظفي المساء .
Good hygiene in terms of the net inside the rooms are very poor service reception staff is weak and bad professionals dealing in general and especially the evening staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مع احترامي الشديد انا طلبت شقة عن طريق بوكنق الي هي غرفتين ودوراة المياه ٢ وسكنت مايقارب ٧ ساعات وتفاجات المصري يقول الشقة غلط والحين سكنت بغرفة ودورة مياه والصراحة الشقة سيئة جدا حتى الرخام متكسر وطالع ودورة المياه به رائحة كريهة وتعامل الموظفة شبه جيده لذالك مايستاهل ولا نجمة ولا يوجد راحة بالشقة والتقييم صفر صفر صفر

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الغريب ماتحصل موظف الاستقبال متواجد رغم وجود اغراص ثمينه ع طاولة الاستقبال اتمنى من صاحب الحلال تنبيه العمال بالتواجد بالاستقبال ٣ ساعات اروح وارجع ومالقى اي عامل واصوت باعلى صوت وادق ع الجوال الي بالوحه يقول غلط
