★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Autohub is a good place, but they take longer to repair the cars. It would be a great move to take the agency repair along with quick deliveries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointing. The customer service are very arrogant and rude. Not dealing their customers in a professional and polite manner. Hope the management will do something about this. I already went 3 times and they dont give me the correct informations about the requirements. I will not comeback again. Not Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services ever. The guys try their best but the location is horrible. The delays are horrific! Over a month for minor incident because they don’t have spares here aaaaaand procedure so slow!! I asked for a spare car since the fixing duration has exceeded! 2 days in advance and still when I arrived the guy filled no paper , prepared no car aaaaand I had to go to another office to finalize the request!
Everything takes so much time and so many papers .. nothing is digitalized and man power is so so scarce … this is TOYATA FOR god’s sake!
Let’s not talk about their stupid working hours .. ????

Even the manager doesn’t wanted to talk
And when i ask the receptionist he was threatened me that u want to get repair ur car or not
Thats the service quality thy have

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well. Thier work is excellent, but it is very difficult to track the status of the car. There call center has no clue what is going on, the assign engineer can't be reached, whatsapp is notpicked up. You have to go physically to them just to be told stage x has been completed!
In addition always has long queue and sweating arrangements are not comfortable and i couldn't notice any covid-19 measures have been implemented.
If you don't have to go to them excellent don't go. I went there just because of my insurance company dealing with them as certified workshop.
The only problem is the 902 number is disconnected from the workshops. They can't check and give you an update they can't check my car record and finally when you ask them what should i do? They answer do you want to raise a complaint?
If you by any mean said yes they will give you 800 number to call.
Onve you call the 800 number they informed me that you will receive a call in 24 hours and now I'm in the third day and no call.
I believe you need to revisit the way you handle your client.
