★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اقامة سيئة للغاية ولا تتوفر أدنى خدمة للعميل مثل الدفع الالكتروني عند الاستقبال واتصال Wi-Fi مجاني وخدمة الغسيل والمطبخ بالاضافة الي النظافة العامة والمصاعد يعمل مصعد واحد فقط والبقية خارج الخدمة وغير ذالك المبنى بشكل عام بحاجة اهتمام وتطوير لموقعة المميز .
Very poor accommodation and there is not the slightest service for the customer such as electronic payment at reception, free Wi-Fi connection, laundry and kitchen service, in addition to general cleaning and elevators. Only one elevator works, the rest is out of service, and this building in general needs attention and development for its distinguished location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يستاهل الزياره ونظيف والاجمل انه قريب من الحرم وفيه باص قبل كل الصلاه ب نص ساعه يحرك للحرم
It is worth the visit, it is clean and the most beautiful thing is that it is close to the Haram and there is a bus half an hour before every prayer that moves to the Haram.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سكنا عندهم في 25 شوال 1443، عندهم باص واحد للنقل الداخلي للحرم ، غير معروف متى يجي و متى يروح ، سألنا الاستقبال و قال المفترض كل ساعة بس غير معروف متى يجي و متى يروح ... فمشينا بالتكسي .....!
المعروف انه كان عندهم في رمضان و شعبان باصين ..
الممر كان فيه زبالة من الساعة 3 الفجر و رجعنا للحرم الساعة 9 صباحا و لا زالت مرمية في الممرات ...
الاستقبال تتصل عليهم و ما يردوا ...!
بصراحة مستواه كان أقل من 5 نجوم بكثير ، مع ان "الهوليدي إن" فندق عالمي، و لكن ربما المشكلة في إدارة الفرع ! او ربما صادفنا ذلك في ذلك اليوم ..؟
We lived with them on Shawwal 25, 1443, they have one bus for internal transportation to the Haram, it is not known when it will come and when it will go, we asked the reception and he said it is supposed to be every hour, but it is not known when it will come and when it will go... So we walked by taxi.....!
It is known that they had two buses in Ramadan and Shaban.
The corridor had rubbish from 3 in the morning and we returned to the campus at 9 in the morning and it is still lying in the corridors...
Reception calls them and they don't answer...!
Frankly, its level was much less than 5 stars, even though the "Holiday Inn" is an international hotel, but perhaps the problem is in the management of the branch! Or maybe we came across that that day..?
