★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clean bathroom, hot and cold shower, wi-fi, nice and quiet lobby. Supermarket, pharmacies, and food shops are within walking distance. Masjidil Haram can be reached by bus, 10-20 minutes away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was kind of badly arranged hotel, there are only Arabic speaking staff. When i entered my room wasn't ready and i ws given a wrong room. There was only 1 charging port in the room and 1 in the washroom. The room was not ready and many thngs were missing and broken. You may get some things which u need if u demand it. Beds are good and comfortable and the view out of the window was good, especially at the night. U can hear a faint sound of azan from a near by Masjid. Haram is 3 km away from the hotel, but the taxi charges vary and increase after asr prayer. Booking an uber might be a better option but during rush uber is not available easily.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice stay at hailainn. Hotel is quit calm and peaceful place. You would not face any parking issues. Haram is at the distance of 5 to 7 minutes drive. You would not face any issue of cleanliness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice neat nd cleaned budget hotel. Staff is nice and cooperative. Basic facilities are provided, but no room accessories like towels, tea etc. Shuttle service provided regularly by Hotel. Sufficient parking place available in front area on both sides of roads. Albaik, Noori market located nearby. I stayed in Ramdhan. Good experience visa viz hotel rent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very sad and disappointing to mention that hotel representatives treated us very unprofessionally. I booked room and got confirmation a day before departure for drive of 12 to 13 hours. We reached according to the plan but hotel representative didn't attend us by saying "they stopped receiving guests and closing all bookings etc." and very carelessly attended us, me and my family. When i tried to explain him about my reservation he asked us to go some other hotel at an anonymous location. Hence we faced stressful situation and got new room reserved at another hotel with high rate.
