والتعامل مره مره سيء ! كأنك تطر منهم ماكأنك جاي بحلالك
The place and the vibes are sweet
But the food and service are not worth this amount at all, less less than normal
Dealing with once is bad! As if you are flying from them as if you are coming with your solution

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول شي انا حاجزة يوم الجمعه جلسات خارجيه ب ٨٠٥ للشخص وحاجزة لشخصين (يعني ١٦١٠) وبس اوصل قالوا مافي جلسات خارجيه بس جوا ! قلت انا بخصوص فرق السعر دافعة ٦٠٠ريال زيادة ! قالي لا عادي فيكي تكتبي فيدباك على تطبيق ذا شيفز وبيرجعون لك المبلغ ، كتبت في التطبيق واتصلت قالوا مالنا علاقه احنا ! كلمت اويسيس قالوا برضوا احنا مالنا علاقة وتواصلي مع المطعم نفسه والموظف الي قالك هالكلام كان يسلك لك !!!! طلبت اي رقم او اي شي يوصلني لهم قالوا ما عندنا والله !!! ماني فاهمه ولا عارفة وش هالاسلوب السيء الي ما يليق بمكان زي كذا ! استغفال واستهتار للعميل بشكل لا يصدق

I asked for any number or something to get me to them, they said we don't have it!!! I don't understand it and I don't know what is this bad style that is not appropriate for a place like this! Incredible disregard for the customer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اسوأ تجربه مررت بها على الإطلاق. يطنشون و المسئول حق المضيفين ينقص الاطباق لنا يوم جاء الموظف معاه نوعين حلا رجع واحد!!!!!!!!! وطعم الاكل الله يكرم النعمه.
Worst experience I've ever had. They deceive and the official is the right of the hosts. Dishes are missing for us. The day the employee came with him, two types of solution returned one!!!!!!!!! And the taste of eating God honors grace.

I personally loved the place. The service was quick and excellent. Good music. Hostess was very gracious.
