١- الأكل بارد رغم أنه تم الأكل مباشرة بعد الاستلام.
٢- المطعم حار جدًا لا يوجد تكييف.
٣- الكراسي غير مريحة أبدًا غريب هذا الاختيار.
٤- الموظفين شبه موتى، وفيهم برود عجيب.
٥- اللحم يابس، حرفيًا يابس. (شاورما لحم).
لو فيه صفر نجمة كان عطيته، شيء سيء ومحبط.
Exaggerated bad:
1- The food was cold even though it was eaten immediately after receiving it.
2- The restaurant is very hot, there is no air conditioning.
