★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff aren’t great to be honest and they made us wait for a long time saying that it was there break time which was at a prayer time and it’s their right I’m not complaining but it was for over 20 minutes! That was a bit too much. Although I liked the food and the brisket was soft and it melts in your mouth. Pity that I don’t plan on coming again for their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow service, chicken wings is the worst, the tacos is fine not bad and not good, the ribs burger is not a recommendation at all, and the weirdest thing is that the fries was the last plate served after the burger and the tacos they served the wings then the fries, I will never come back again and I'll never recommend it to anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this place when a friend recommended the different type of meat they offer. I entered the place with an empty stomach hoping to get the best kind of ribs. My temperature was measured, as expected, and I was seated in a small table. I scanned the menus via my phone, and selected the brisket fries and the short ribs.
I was surprised, with satisfaction of course, by the portions of the plates. The brisket on the fries was super. I enjoyed having every bite of it.
The ribs on the other hand, was not made the way I like it. I would easily say that it was 35% fat, which is a lot to me. I like my ribs to be almost zero fat. I might understand that some people enjoy this type of ribs, but it wasn’t for me at all.
Nevertheless, presentation and taste, deserves an A+

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetically small portions. Very mediocre food, not worth the price. Waiter said we'd have to wait an HOUR if we wanted the brisket platter at a place that's supposed to serve brisket. Terrible.

We were a little disappointed with the burgers and brisket, its under seasoned. Not much flavor. The only food we liked was the maple wings and truffle fries. The crew could be friendly too. Not worth a second time visit i guess. ✌?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly the food was below expectations. Especially the brisket and manzo taco. For the back ribs were just fine. The only thing I would recommend is the truffle fries. In general I won’t be back to Pondo. There are more better options in Riyadh with better quality and taste.
