★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So far living here has not been what was advertised. We have had issue after issue with Wi-Fi, food services, cleaning, security, and maintenance. Food services, like the Wi-Fi, has been come and go. Maintenance seems to be very responsive when called, but why so many issues in a brand new compound? Landscaping is very nice closer to entry point, but is not well maintained towards the back areas. They ask for recommendations and send out surveys, but it doesn’t seem like they are taking suggestions from the residents. There are no dishwashers in the units and we had to ask for a larger fridge in our until because the one provided in 4 bedroom was apartment sized. There is no covered parking except for in the front reception area. The gym is nice and clean and the pools like nice, but unless you want a ton of workers staring at you in a bathing suit only can go to pools on Friday. This has been my experience so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed in this compound, a lot of false promises, the gym is not well equipped and when asked if they can add necessary equipped was told by him personnel that we don’t have enough people in the compound to buy more equipment. For example there’s not enough weight plates and there wasn’t even safety clips for the barbells for the longest time until we kept complaining, just seems like logical things that are missed. The apartments were issued to us dirty and missing furniture, maintenance is slow or unresponsive, the ladies at the front desk are rude and not welcoming at all. The landscaping is nice towards the front of the compound and a jungle towards the other side of the facade. The events are a joke , Mexican night was a disaster and seems like the chef knew a guy who heard about Mexican food because that was terrible. Really leaves a lot to desire as far as compounds go, I’ve lived in several compounds and this is by far the most disappointing

The customer service is always very helpful and polite. And the gym is big, clean and with a lot of equipments that really motivates you to go every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just spent the weekend at Andorra Village, it is a diamond in the desert. Just Outside of the city and away from the noise and hassle, Andorra Village is a Luxury oasis with a family friendly atmosphere. We spent our time exploring, biking, and swimming in one of the countless pools. When the heat and winds picked up we retreated to the indoor pool and rec center. The kids absolutely had an amazing time. Definitely put Andorra on your list if you are looking for a place to call home or home away from home.
