الخدمة طيبة لكن وقت استلام الدواء من الصيدلية طلب منى الصيدلي صرف الدواء من المجمع الذي جئت منه لصرف الدواء منه شئ غير منطقي جدا
تواصلت مع التأمين ووضح لي ان اجراء وتوجية الصيدلي لى غلط وطلب التأمين منى الرجوع لمجمع اندلسية لصرف الدواء وبعد اتصالات من الصيدلي لقسم التأمين في المجمع تم صرف الدواء لي
هذا الشيء استهانة بوقت المريض وعدم المبالاه او عدم معرفة النظام

This is an underestimation of the patient's time and indifference or lack of knowledge of the system

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ صراحة انا رحت اول مرا انتظرت كثير لازم تعدي على دكتور يعملك أشعة ويشوف المطلوب بعدين يحولك ع الدكتور الي تبغاه ودا نظام اول مرا اشوفه وبعدين قالو لي تاخدي موعد الشي دا استفزني ماحبيته ابدا طيب لمن تاخد فلوسي وانا تعبانة وانتظر واسوي أشعة بعدين مايعالجني بيقول انا بس اكشف لازم تاخدي موعد دا الشي ماحبيته عندهم خليكم صريحين من البداية بس لمن أخدت موعد واخترت الدكتور أحمد سمير بسرعة دخلت والدكتور جدا جدا ممتاز خلعلي ضرس العقل مع الي جمبه والله ماحسيت بشي وثاني زيارة مالقيت موعد مع دكتوري فاخترت الدكتور أحمد فرير برضو تسلم يداته صراحة من افضل الدكاترة الي تعاملت معاهم بالأسنان الاتنين دولا لحد يتعداهم ممتازين✋

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول مره ازور المركز لعمل حشوة اسنان . نجمتين لاستقبال الدور الثالث. كان الموعد مع دكتوره رحاب استقبلتني وعملت لي اشعه وقالت فيه ضرسين الاول يحتاج سحب عصب والثاني لا مااعتقد يحتاج وحولتني على دكتوره منّه بدأت بالتهويل لموضوع الضرسين ولازم اسحب لك عصب كلها وبعدها السن بيسود فلازم اعمل لك تلبيسه . ماارتحت ابدًا وقرأت التعليقات في قوقل واستخرت وخرجت من عندهم . شكرًا لكل من يعلق بصدق وامانه في قوقل ماب .
