★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for Root Canal Treatment. I have 2 points to write.
I went there around 4:45 PM and i was asked to see screening dr. Sara Amer, She came at 6:00 PM. After she came there were nobody to call us for screening. I asked 2 to 3 times to receptionist and she will answer that Dr. Sara will call you. but after sometime no body called us and so i went myself to Dr. Sara and i found that she was just sitting doing nothing.
So here Clinic has to see what improvement to be done.
Now coming to the Treating doctor Dr. MAHA FIKRY. She is very professional and explained us the problem and what treatment has to be done.
I really appreciate her professionalism and friendly communication. She knew what to be done and she did it in best possible way. She is very polite and humble. 5 star i am giving to Dr. MAHA FIKRY

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience they are just money making machine i went there to get my root canal done thank God before approvals; I got my teeth checked up from other hospital.dr hossam sassi the root canal specialist told me it will be 500 sar on insurance because my canals are very curved and microscopic procedure isnt covered in insurance .By the grace of Allah, my husband had a thought to take advice from other hospitals, and we got saved.i got it done without microscopic procedure because it was not absorble canal it was a simple one.they are fooling you always get a second advice from somewhere elsebefore going through a procedure from this hospital plus the dr is way too rude

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever, We reached 7pm on 29 March 2022 and waited for 30 mins on ground floor reception and then the ladies at reception are calling every 15 minutes for no reasons, and finally after the payment asked us to go to 1st floor, We stayed 45 mins on 1 st floor reception counter as they dont have proper system and then the doctor Haneen on first floor sent us on 3rd floor to doctor Nadia who was not available and the reception girl told us to go home and book for appointment at 9pm. Very bad experience from bottom to top floor, nobody is willing to properly answer. I wasted my insurance riyals on stupid dental clinic of the year and at the end no cleaning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While writing this, I am still here in the clinic waiting for my appointment which supposed to be 4:10PM. It is more than 1hr still not entertained. I reached the clinic 15minutes earlier than my schedule. I approached the girl in the reception. She is not accomodating and just told me to wait. Imagine? She did not even asked any information from me. And when went back to the reception she was not there anymore. New lady receptionist replaced her and still asked me to wait 1minute still I was not attended.
This is not my first bad experience with this clinic. During my first appoitment which happened last April 30, 2022. Before coming in to the clinic I booked and avail a whitening promo. Everyday I am receiving a call as a reminder of my appointment. And when the day comes and coming to the clinic, the reception did not know what service I am going to avail. Poor endorsement or communication. I thought it will appear in their system. What happened? I paid the wrong amount in Cash.
I have adjusted my other appointments for this the. This is what happened. Probably will not go back here.
