★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice. Small to medium stores not too far from haram just outside first innermost ring road. All kind of goods, fabric, abayas, small things, gifts stores. Given Taiba center stores were all closed, I found this the next best place to shop for similar kind of things.

Good place for shopping, the shops open around 11am - 12pm in the afternoon and open till midnight.
You find most of the items from Perfumes, Clothes, Prayer needs, Dates and all of what is needed to complete shopping in Madinah.
This place is mostly occupied by people from Pakistan, Bangladesh.
Cost is affordable, but you need to bargain to get best deal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mall is still not fully open due to covid 19 Pandemic. the seller still struggle with the sell. But the price is cheaper than small shop near nabawi mosque. overall its a nice visit to mall :)
