★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Postive: Very near to haram, good and clean rooms, big closets.
Negative: Elevators almost always overcrowded, shared washrooms makes a big mess as 90%+ people are illetrate and have no idea that cleanliness is half faith.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad. I don't recommend this place to anyone. Huge crowd was put in to small rooms. 7/10 beds in each room. 3 small elevators which was not program properly.
Elderly people also had to use staircase wich much difficulties to reach their floor (14 floors )
Don't even have space to keep baggages. Washrooms are worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s very messed up and basic accommodation. People fight for using lifts. Not expected this at all. Never going to stay again, nor I’ll recommend this to anyone. They turn off the air con in the middle of the night or in the afternoon. No tea pot or kettle, no microwave, no soap. Over crowded and that’s why lifts gets busy and then old people gets very upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad condition of lifts . Only 3 lifts for 14 floors ... Rush every prayer time... No proper responsible person to attend the complaints..poor cleenliness... Poor sanitation ... Shameless behaviour of staff to mostly Zireen... But it is near to the haram if u catch the lift then u can reach by walking just 5 minutes to Holy place....

Pathetic in terms of the services.
Worst in terms of limited elevators and extreme rush jn them at times when u r in hurry.
Rooms spacious.
No room maintenance.
Bath rooms are on sharing basis. Its ur luck which sort of neighbours u get in ur suite.
Management is also so so.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place. The Residential area is perfect. Good housekeeping. Very close to Masjid Nabawy. The major problem is with the Elevator. Only 3 elevators for more than a thousand guests on each of the two wings of the facilities. The Indonesian restaurant there is also not that good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel.Clean and good budget hotel...only One problem everyone was complaining about is lift service visitors have to wait for long time to board the lift..Lift service is problem in this hotel. Very near to masjid Al Nawbi hardly 300 meters..
