★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئ جدا تعامل ??? عدم الالتزام بالمواصفات المطلوبه عدم الرد على الاتصالات ٣ شهور انتظار ٣ مطابخ وفي الاخير جايبين الألوان خطأ ويقولون انت طلبت كذا والفاتورة عندهم مسجل فيها حتى أرقام الألوان.... لا تجيييييهم نصيحه لو بريال لا تجي اشتر صحتك وراحة بالك

ارفعوا شكواكم الى وزارة التجارة لا ترحموهم
وزارة التجارة تغرمهم وتجبرهم بدفع تعويض بقيمة المطبخ

١-شغل جداً سيء والجوده متهالكه والتصميم اللي تطلبه منهم يسوونه عكسه
٢- اسلوبهم خااااااااايس وكل مره ابي اكلم المسؤول يصرفوني على بعض ويتوهوني
٣- ريحتهم خايسه مافي اي نظافة ولا اجراءات وقائية كمامات ما يعرفونها
٤- ما يحملون الاغراض زين ويخبطون بالجدران
٥- عملهم قائم على التستر ومخااااالفين وتمت الشكوى عليهم بنزاهه??
اخيراً حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل انتبهوا ولا تنخدعون فيهم
ابو ناصر زعيمهم الكبير وللحين ما نحلت مشكلتنا ولا في اي اهتمام من قبلهم اهم شي فلوس وبس

نصيحه نصيحه لا تتعامل معهم
ارفقت صوره واحده توضح شغلهم السيء و سأرفع فيهم ل نزاهه

واكبر دليل حاطين لهم حساب ثاني هنا ب قوقل ماب عشان يوزعون الشكاوى اللي عليهم...
الاول: الشامل للمطابخ
والثاني: الشامل لمطابخ الالمنيوم
عمومآ هذا تجربتي معهم اذا عندك وقت اقراها...
اول ما تدخل يعطيك سعر للمتر ويزيد عليك بالاجمالي بدون ما يعلمك واذا كشفته يجيب لك عشرين عذر واللي يبغى التفاصيل يكمل قراءة.
اللي صار معي كالتالي:
اول ما دخلت قابلني ابو ناصر وقالي عندهم عرض وبسعر ٦٠٠ للمتر الطولي صاج ٤ملم و قطاع خاص.. وبعد ما جلست عنده حول ساعه نصمم في المطبخ وحسبولي الحسبه طلع المطبخ ب ١٢ الف ريال بدون اجهزة واكسسوارات المنيوم ومفصلات فقط.. علما انه ما عندي غير ٨.٥ متر بما فيها زاوية ودولاب طويل ضمن ال ٨.٥ متر يعني لو حسبناها ٦٠٠ × ٨.٥ تطلع ٥١٠٠ .. المهم انهم ما حسبوها لي بالشكل هذا قام يحسبها لوحده وعطاني الاجمالي ١٢الف ولما رجعت للبيت وراجعت الحساب اكتشفت انهم غاشين في الحساب..
المهم رجعت لهم اليوم الثاني ولما حسبتها معاه طلع مزود علي ٣ متر يقول عشان عندي دولاب طويل وهو امس قالي انه ضمن ال ٨.٥ .. فلما دققت معاه قال يعني تبغى مطبخ ب ٥١٠٠ ... المهم طلبت منه يكتب سعر المتر في الفاتورة ورفض عشان يقدر يلعب بكيفه في السعر وخايف اشتكيه لوزارة التجارة..
عموما اخذت عربوني من عندهم والحمد لله اللي فكني منهم...

Note that I have nothing but 8.5 meters, including a corner and a long cupboard within the 8.5 meters. I mean, if we calculate it as 600 x 8.5, it comes out to 5100.. The important thing is that they did not calculate it for me in this way. He calculated it alone and gave me the total 12 thousand, and when I came home and checked the account, I discovered that they were cheating in the account ..
The important thing is, I went back to them the second day, and when I calculated it with him, he came up with a 3 meter provider saying that I have a long cupboard, and yesterday he said that it was within the 8.5 .. When I checked with him, he said you want a kitchen for 5100 ... The important thing is that I asked him to write the price per square meter in the bill and he refused. So that he can play according to the price and I am afraid to complain to the Ministry of Commerce..
