★ ★ ★ ★ ★ شغل مؤسسة لمسات ممتاز جداً وتعاملهم راقي وشغلهم جوده ومواعيدهم دقيقه واخص بالشكر جميع الطاقم من اداريين وفنيين وخاصه فني التشطيب ابو سلطان على حسن تعامله واخلاقه الراقيه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بهاذا المحل وبقوه التأخير بالتوصيل والتركيب وتدق عليهم مقفل جوالاتهم والفاتوره ما يكتبون فيها موعد التركيب علشان ما تحجهم ولا تشتكيهم ويطلبونك المبلغ كامل ويقولون لك نركب لك بدري ويماطلون فيك ويقفلون جوالاتهم وبعدين يجونك يركبون المطبخ بدون رخام وتلقى نواقص وراهم كثير تلاعي وعدم مصداقيه

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا فصلت عند موسسه لمسات المطابخ بصراحه شغلهم لايعلى عليه وخدمات مابعد البيع قويه وصيانتهم يجونك لو انت مفصل من 7 سنوات مايتأخرون عليك واخص بالشكر الاخ حمود وابو سلطان على حسن اخلاقهم وتعاملهم الراقي?

محل سيء جدا ولو فيه أقل من نجمه حطيتها
غش و استغفال للزبون و مماطاله وماعنده الا ابشر بالي تبيه
بدون تنفيذ ولا إخلاص ولاذمه
انتبهو انتبهو لحد يفصل عنده وكل شيء واضح بالصور
من الشروط عدم استخدام خشب كدعامه للرخام وركبه و بعد التنبيه شال بعضه وترك بعضه استغفال ، المطبخ صاج قطاع خاص المفترض مافيه فراغات لكن في التنفيذ الدواليب بينها فراغات و حتى تسكيرتها بعضها غير محكم وبعضها مايل و وبعضها ملزقها و بعض الابواب مطعج كانه مضروب .
الرخام سيء كأنها هضبات متعرجه للاسف مايوضح بالصور وسالفه الرخام ثانيه يقولون مو تبعنا متعاقدين معاه و يقولون بيجي يعدل و لايجي وبعد المشقه يجي يعدل شيء و يترك شيء .
يجون يصلحون شيء و يكسرون شيء ثاني و يلزقونه .
متعبين جدا في التعامل مع التنفيذ السيء .
هذي الصور بعد التعديلات الي صارت بعد التهديد بالشكوى و يحددون يوم و يسحبون عليك ويجون بعد عشره ايام و اخر شيء بدعو فيه يكذبون : يقولون ماطلبت و الحمد لله كل شيء مثبت في العقد

١ - عدم تركيب غسالة الصحون ووزنها وتركيب نعله لها .
٢- فراغات بين الرخامه والابواب السفليه .
٣ - تسكير الابواب لم يتم العمل لها ميزان .
٤ - فراغات بين الشفاط .
٥- بعد فترة اصبح هناك هبوط في ادراج المطبخ .
٦- لم يتم اخذ المقاسات بشكل صحيح فقد تم اخفاء جل الافيشه وتركيب المطبخ بشكل مائل .
وقد تم شكواهم في التجاره لكن دون جدوى وسيتم شكواهم عبر المحكمة لرد الاعتبار وحسبي الله عليهم .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ فصلت مطبخين عندهم والله العظيم المطبخ انفك بابه قبل لا اطبخ فيه حتى اندومي والضمان ١٠ سنوات وصار لي اسبوعين يقول بكرا وبكرا غير شغل الافياش المستفز وانا ماسس كل شي صح وركب وانا مو موجود حصلت الشغل هذا لو يفصل المتر ب ٣ لاتفصلون طلبتهم مواصفات وجاني شغل ثاني شي يقهر عندهم محل ثاني قبل محلهم بمحلين ممكن انتبهوا

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مطبخ لاانصح باقتنائه اذا تبي راحتك النفسيه واستثمار مالك
سيئاته تغلب ايجابياته
بوضح مشكله كل صوره برقمها :
١ - وزنيه الابواب مو مضبوطه باب فوق باب تحت ، سماكة الابواب ضعيفة جدا ممكن تنطعج بطقة
٢- فراغ بالتركيب
٣ تركيب الرخام سيء وبدائي
٤- المفصلات ردئية واضح الرخص فيها تتفكك علي مرتين واربطه بنفسي
٥- تثبيت الرخامه بقطع من الخشب
٦- عرض الدرج اقل من عرض الدولاب السفلي يعتي فيه مساحة ضايعة
٧- بعد اسبوعين طلع شريط بلاستيكي اسود من الادراج وفيه صمغ ولاحظت تغيرت تسكيره الادراج وصارت خفيفة وتهتز على خفيف
٨- دولاب البهارات يهتز وغير ثابت وهالشي مزعج عند الفتح وشوفوا المساحة المتروكة ابي استفيد منها طيب !!!
عجبني الشكل والتصميم رغم وش فايدته اذا جودته اقل من وسط
عجبني سماكة الرفوف الداخلية تتحمل باين قويه
عجبني ان عندهم خدمه تصميم
طلبت منه دولاب زاويه بالدولاب العلوي وصممه من كيفه .. طلبت منه دولاب للصواني بفاصل واحد وحاط لي فاصلين وصاير مزعج بالاستخدام وضيق
وان ناقشتهم ياخذونك بالكلام الزين او يحطون اعذار غبيه مو منطقية عبالهم تمشي علينا واحنا فاهمينهم بس نسلك لاني ادري حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل
بالاخير نصيحة تابعوا (مستشار المطابخ) في تويتر قبل تشترون مطبخ
